Kenyetta Hayes LMT, CPMT

Kenyetta is a certified Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT, CPMT) practicing in Stamford, Connecticut.  She specializes in reflexology, prenatal, pediatric, medical, and relaxation massage.  Her pediatric expertise is certified through the Liddle KIdz Foundation. 


Through a background in the physical therapy field and over eight years experience providing clinical massage, Kenyetta has honed her ability to design a unique and integrative massage therapy plan for each client.  She is able to collaborate with doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists and other complementary medicine practitioners to holistically support a client's personal goals.  Her education, experience and commitment to continual study helps Kenyetta intimately understand how the body responds pre- and post-injury or other stress, such as a long-term illness. 


Kenyetta's approach to caring for her clients includes co-designing self-care goals with her clients, and crafting wellness routines which can include meditation, breathing techniques, essential oils, exercise and nutrition guidance.


Born to multitask, Kenyetta is energized by her full schedule.  In addition to massage and her commitment to educating others about holistic wellness, she is mother to her thoughtful and compassionate son, Chance.  When not hiking or making soap, she can be found teaching a class on self-care to busy parents, volunteering in support of women and families in her community or making art out of found materials.  Born in Brooklyn, N.Y. to a very large family, Kenyetta shares her warm and nurturing spirit and passion for others' well-being in all that she turns her hand to.
